EXERCISE CLASSES AT MOVE

MOVE currently offers 2 volunteer run exercise classes a week.  All exercise classes at MOVE are entirely inclusive and can be adapted to meet any individual's ability.

chair based exercise class

When? Wednesdays 11 am - 11:45 am (Starting September 12 2018)

What? The class is circuit-style, incorporating dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, weight/cardio machines, and functional movements to get your heart rate up and your muscles working!

Who? The class can be adapted to any ability/skill level - everyone is welcome.

If you want to mix things up with your workout routine, learn some new exercises, or just get your body moving in a group setting, come by to try a class!

Cost? $10 drop in fee, if you are currently a monthly member no fee applies. 


Yoga for every ability 

When? Thursdays from 5:15-6:00 pm

(Starting September 6 2018)

What? The class is a combination of breath awareness, gentle stretching and meditation. The focus is on mindfulness and yoga philosophy to start you week off right, feeling energized and revitalized.

Who? The class can be adapted to any ability/skill level - everyone is welcome.

If you are in need of a good stretch and in need of some clarity and peace of mind, come give this inclusive yoga class a try!
