Frankie B, has been a member at MOVE since August 2014. She consistently attends the gym 3 times per week and is a joy to assist in the gym. According to Frankie benefits she has noticed since joining MOVE are better balance, improved muscle strength and improved abilities in her legs. What she likes best about coming to MOVE is the kind and helpful volunteers, the opportunity to use the available equipment and meeting and socializing with other gym members.
Ian T, has been a member at MOVE since November 2013, he was one of the first members! Ian attends the gym 2 days per week and has made some big improvements. According to Ian since attending MOVE he has noticed improved balance with standing and walking, less pain in his spastic muscles and being active gives him a sense of well-being and hope. What Ian likes best about attending MOVE is the friendly and encouraging staff and meeting other gym members.

Sheilagh D, has been a member at MOVE since February 2015. Sheilagh is very dedicated and regularly attends the gym 3 times per week. Since joining MOVE Sheilagh has noticed her arms are stronger and she has started to walk with a walker again after spending a few months working on her leg strength. According to Sheilagh she really enjoys working with the volunteers at MOVE as they eager to help and guide her through a safe and effective exercise program.
Lorry H, has been a member at MOVE since November 2014 and attends the gym weekly. Since coming to MOVE Lorry has noticed he feels stronger physically and feels in a better mood when he finishes his workout. Working out makes him feel like "Hulk Hogan":). What Lorry likes best about coming to MOVE is exercises muscles he has not used in a while.
