MOVE Camp - New class coming to MOVE!!!

 **Starting January 17th** with Juliana

  • When: Fridays from 2-3 pm 

  • What: This class is circuit-style and incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and functional movements to get your heart rate up and your muscles workings. The class can be adapted to any ability/skill level - everyone is welcome. If you want to mix things up with your workout routine, learn some new exercises, or just get your body moving in a group setting, come by to try a class! This class is taught under the supervision of a Kinesiology student. 

  • How much: $15 drop in fee, if you are currently a monthly member no fee applies.
